Contract Between Shoe Firms Faces Scrutiny

LOS ANGELES - An inked merger between athletic shoe companies Reebok and Adidas is expected to face scrutiny by regulators in the United States and Europe, but antitrust lawyers suggested that it likely will be approved because the marketplace is widely defined.
