Sonoma Judge Sentenced After Pleading in DUI Case

SAN FRANCISCO - Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Elaine Rushing, who pleaded no contest to an enhanced drunken driving charge Monday, was sentenced to three years probation, fined $1,800, had her driving license restricted and can either serve a 10-day jail term or perform work alternative.
