'The Play's the Thing,' Lunchers Say

LOS ANGELES - Over the course of his lunch hour, Los Angeles criminal defense attorney "Morgan Bishop" dissuaded the district attorney's office from pressing drunken-driving charges against a prominent Superior Court judge. In return, the grateful judge handed down a light sentence to one of Bishop's most infamous clients, known to local law enforcement as "The Antichrist."
