Gitmo Scientists Do Not Compare to Hitler

Letter to the Editor - In his article, "Mental Torture: Behavioral Scientists at Gitmo May Cross Line" (July 22 Daily Journal), Patrick Mattimore ends with "Those who suggested that [Boalt Hall law professor] John Yoo's torture memo came perilously close to legalistic rationalizations reminiscent of those Adolf Hitler employed to justify war probably overstated their case.
