Judge Allows Rejected Korean Heir to Proceed With Lawsuit

RIVERSIDE - The son of one of the wealthiest businessmen in Korea, who claims he was wrongly stripped of his inheritance, can proceed with a $100 million emotional-distress lawsuit against his birth father's company and an adoption agency he says conspired to ship him to California and cut him out of the family fortune.
