RETAIL THOUSAND OAKS - Robertson Properties Group is expanding its local holdings with the $23.6 million acquisition of the Newbury Oaks Marketplace. RPG owns the center adjacent to the 85,000-square-foot asset, which is located off the 101 Freeway at Borchard Road. The purchase price works out to $279 per square foot at a 5.42 percent capitalization rate. Michael Schiff of NAI Capital represented the sellers, Directors LLC, Bolint LLC and Schiff LLC, in which he was a partner.
