MULTIFAMILY RIVERSIDE - BRE Properties Inc. acquired a 432-unit apartment complex for $75.8 million. The San Francisco-based multifamily REIT purchased the 31-building Mission Grove Park, located at 7450 Northrop Drive, from Mission Grove Apartments LP. John Daciolas and John Kalmikov of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. L.J. Melody & Co. represented the seller.
