Employers Must Reconsider Response to Medical-Marijuana Users
Employment Column - By John Lattin - In June, medical marijuana went up in smoke. On June 6, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the right of the federal government to prosecute marijuana crimes, including those related to the use of medicinal marijuana. According to the Supreme Court, the federal government's interest in just saying no to marijuana trumps state laws to the contrary.
