Litigator Was Pharmaceutical Defender

LOS ANGELES - Services will take place Wednesday for longtime Los Angeles attorney Robert L. Dickson. Dickson, who gained nationwide recognition as one of the first pharmaceutical defense specialists, died of melanoma Sunday at his Pacific Palisades home. He was 72.
