Major Cocoa Processors Aided Torture, Former Child Laborers Charge in Suit
LOS ANGELES - A recent suit filed in federal court in Los Angeles alleges the complicity of Nestl, Archer Daniels Midland and Cargill in a decidedly unsweet side of the cocoa business: human trafficking, child slavery and torture.
