Bar Panel's Rejection Disappoints Governor
SAN FRANCISCO - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger expressed "disappointment" that the State Bar Board of Governors rejected a request that John Davies, the governor's judicial appointments secretary, be allowed to attend meetings where judicial hopefuls are being evaluated.
