Ex-Judge Must Go to Halfway House for Injuring Motorcyclist
LOS ANGELES - Theodore E. Millard, a former presiding judge of the Orange County Superior Court, was sentenced Monday to 75 days in jail and 51/2 months' house arrest for striking and seriously injuring a motorcyclist while driving under the influence of alcohol.
