Former L.A. Police Officer Became Superior Court Judge

LOS ANGELES - Services will take place today for retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge William R. Clay. Clay, a former police officer who juggled law school while working for the Los Angeles Police Department, died Thursday. He was 85.
