Report Says Deputies Didn't Violate Civil Rights
LOS ANGELES - Independent lawyers who monitor the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said they found no evidence of civil rights violations by 10 deputies for unleashing 120 rounds of gunfire into a Compton neighborhood as they chased after a fleeing driver.
