Software Company's Offer for Rival Spurs Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES - Concerto Software Inc. has agreed to acquire Aspect Communications Corp., a rival vendor of technology that powers call centers, for $1 billion in cash, a move marred by a shareholder lawsuit filed a day after the announcement.
