Probate Ruling Repudiates Rule on Caretaker-Testators

Foley , 2005 DJDAR 7986, the 2nd District Court of Appeal found that people who provided caretaker services but already had a relationship with an elderly testator are subject to disqualification under Section 21350 of the Probate Code.
