Panel Reinstates Shopper's Suit Against Store

LOS ANGELES - The romance between screen stars Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez is yesterday's news. But a man caught up a few years ago in the tabloid frenzy over the couple dubbed Bennifer can continue to pursue his case against a Melrose Avenue boutique from which he was thrown out for allegedly disturbing them as they shopped, an appellate panel has ruled.
