Blind Bus Riders Sue Over Drivers' Behavior

LOS ANGELES - Two blind public bus riders filed a civil rights class action against the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, alleging drivers do not announce upcoming stops for the visually impaired and often refuse to pick them up from bus stops.
