Judge Says He's Likely to OK Arbitrator's Award
LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Paul Gutman said at a hearing Thursday that he's inclined to confirm an award issued by an arbitrator, despite allegations that he showed "outright bigotry" against the defendants in the case.
