Court Surveys O.C. Lawyers on E-Filing

SANTA ANA - If Orange County lawyers want a chance to make suggestions regarding the Superior Court's plan to implement an electronic filing system this year, this is the time for them to act. Alan Slater, the clerk and executive officer of the Orange County Superior Court , in conjunction with West Group, the contractor working on the system, sent out a seven-page questionnaire this month to 5,000 attorneys, hoping to get their input.
