San Diego Watch Superior Court Judge Ernest Borunda will retire from the bench in June to become dean of the National Judicial College in Reno, Nev. "I am so excited," said Borunda, who becomes the fourth dean in the college's 37-year history and the first Californian to hold the position. "It's [an] opportunity to be of service."
