Judge Deems Irvine Council's Voter Drive Unlawful

SANTA ANA - An Orange County judge Tuesday threw out a lawsuit alleging that the city of Irvine acted unlawfully by funding a voter registration drive to increase participation in the March 7 election, which included Measure F, the controversial anti-El Toro airport ballot initiative.
