Federal Committee 'Appalled' at Deaths by Sonoma County Cops

SAN FRANCISCO - Federal civil rights commissioners say they are "appalled" by the number of civilian deaths at the hands of Sonoma County police in recent years and are concerned about what they see as a high level of distrust between citizens and local law enforcement.
