Jury Rejects Award in Discrimination Suit

Although a judge has found that two Los Angeles attorneys failed to file a multiple sclerosis-stricken woman's discrimination claim in time, a jury has stopped short of awarding her damages, indicating that they did not feel the underlying case was strong enough to warrant compensation.
