Artist Sues Arts Festival Over Recall Move

LAGUNA BEACH - An artist with the Festival of the Arts of Laguna Beach filed a lawsuit late Wednesday against the festival's board of directors, contending that board members won't allow the artists, who want to oust those who sit on the board, from holding a special meeting for that purpose.
