City Budget: $40.9M to Handle Rampart Fallout
The economic growth that has boosted the fortunes of the affluent in recent years has trickled down to the city of Los Angeles in the form of a 12 percent hike in revenues for a total of $4.4 billion, according to Mayor Richard Riordan's proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
