Appellate Court Upholds Verdict

An appellate court has affirmed a Los Angeles jury's verdict against civil rights attorney Milton Grimes, who was ordered to pay $60,000 to the only black Los Angeles police officer present at the 1991 videotaped beating of motorist Rodney King.
