SANTA ANA - Convicted cop killer Hung Thanh Mai shouted expletives and overturned a counsel table before being tackled to the floor by Orange County Superior Court bailiffs Monday during the continuing penalty phase hearing, which could lead to a death sentence for the 29-year-old.
