Commission Hears Variety of Views in Valley
In their second recent visit to the San Fernando Valley, members of the Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners again were treated to dichotomous opinions of the Los Angeles Police Department, some speakers showering officers with effusive praise and others warning that the city is in store for more civil unrest if officers don't start treating nonwhites more fairly.
