Union Sues to Halt Unification Changes

Vivian Yoshioka, a court clerk in the Los Angeles Superior Court's East District, said she just wants to do the best job she can. However, in the wake of changes brought on by trial court unification, Yoshioka said, she cannot because she is not receiving proper training for a new assignment.
