Smoking on Planes Is Actionable
SAN FRANCISCO - A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that flight attendants may sue over Northwest Airlines' policy of allowing smoking on trans-Pacific flights after 1988, when the company barred smoking on most other long-distance flights.
