Cop Allegedly Caught Lying in Murder Case

In a case that illustrates that alleged misconduct at the Rampart Station is ongoing despite the glare of various investigations, the public defender is seeking to dismiss a murder case after a police detective was apparently caught lying on the witness stand last month, prompting his testimony to be stricken.
