Commission Upholds Cervantes Firing

SAN DIEGO - The Civil Service Commission voted unanimously Wednesday to affirm the termination of district attorney's investigator Eddie Cervantes after a hearing officer said the evidence clearly showed Cervantes had allowed an opportunity for sexual misbehavior by a crucial prosecution witness.
