Court to Rehear Bishops Remaining Convictions
SAN FRANCISCO - Former Contra Costa Supervisor Gayle Bishop, who succeeded in getting two of four perjury convictions tossed out by a state appellate court, won rare reconsideration Monday of the remaining perjury counts and misuse of public funds charges by the same court.
