Bank signs largest lease in city history

San Francisco - Taking advantage of the city as an important link between money and technology, investment bank Chase H&Q signed what is thought to be the largest lease transaction in San Francisco history.

The transaction for the bank's West Coast headquarters is estimated to be worth $600 million to $650 million over the 15-year-life of the lease. Exact terms were not disclosed.
