San Bernardino County Superior Court officials Thursday announced plans to close a courtroom in the county's Joshua Tree division and reassign some of the civil caseload to other districts. The closure is the latest in a round of cuts, including the recent closure of a Chino courthouse, as the courts face an operating budget shortfall of $13.5 million this fiscal year.
