Wilson Sonsini aids solar installer as it revises down IPO expectations

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC is representing San Mateo-based solar panel installer SolarCity Corp. in its plans to raise up to $151 million in its initial public offering, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC is representing San Mateo-based solar panel installer SolarCity Corp. in its plans to raise up to $151 million in its initial public offering, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday.


Listed on the filing are Palo Alto-based Wilson Sonsini corporate partner Steven V. Bernard and counsel Alexander D. Phillips.
