Wilson Sonsini aids Meraki sale to Cisco Systems for $1.2 billion
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC advised cloud-computing company Meraki Inc. in its agreement to be sold to Cisco Systems Inc. for $1.2 billion.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC advised cloud-computing company Meraki Inc. in its agreement to be sold to Cisco Systems Inc. for $1.2 billion.
San Francisco-based mergers and acquisitions partner Michael S. Ringler and corporate partner Rachel B. Proffitt led the Wilson Sonsini team on the deal announced Sunday.
