Justice Department: Ratepayers Have Their Own Financial Claims

Pacific Gas & Electric Co.'s ratepayers have possible financial claims on the utility, including potential reimbursement for power blackouts, entitling them to a role in the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, the Justice Department trustee overseeing the administration of the massive bankruptcy argued Tuesday.
