O'Melveny & Myers: Qwest and Microsoft Form Broadband-Giants Alliance
Broadband fiber-optic network giant Qwest Communications International Inc. and Microsoft Corp., the world's largest software company, have entered into an alliance to deliver broadband content and services to consumers.
