SAN FRANCISCO - Veteran federal prosecutor John W. Kennedy and San Francisco personal injury and medical malpractice specialist Mary E. Wiss were appointed to the Contra Costa and San Francisco Superior Court benches, respectively, Gov. Gray Davis announced Monday.
