Suit Claims State Official Illegally Evicted 3

SAN FRANCISCO - An amended lawsuit that was to be filed today in Alameda County Superior Court alleges that Deputy State Attorney General Jerry Curtis illegally evicted three tenants from an Oakland property in retaliation for negative comments the trio made about him on a local news broadcast.
