In April 1999, my firm was brought in as plaintiffs' trial counsel in a construction defect case involving the manufacture, installation and use of galvanized steel pipes for the potable water system in a housing development. These pipes corroded prematurely, causing brown water, pinhole leaks and stained fixtures.
