FTC attempting to block fantasy sports merger
Attorneys for Facebook Inc. argued for dismissal of a lawsuit brought by marketing firms who say they were misled by the company's faulty video metrics, which gave advertisers the impression that users spent more time watching their ads than was actually the case.

The Federal Trade Commission is attempting to block a merger between FanDuel Inc. and DraftKings Inc., two of the largest fantasy sports sites worldwide.
The merged company would control more than 90 percent of the U.S. market for paid daily fantasy sports contests, according to the FTC, creating a single provider with by far the largest share of the market.
