LOS ANGELES - Although a federal judge on Monday denied a defense motion to suppress recorded phone calls between indicted Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano and indicted entertainment lawyer Terry Christensen, suppression of that key evidence will be revisited later in an evidentiary hearing.
