MTA Prevails in Six-Year Battle With Contractor
LOS ANGELES - Ending a heated six-year battle over construction costs on the Red Line subway, a Superior Court jury on Wednesday ordered the project's contractor, Tutor-Saliba-Perini, to pay the Metropolitan Transit Agency $29.6 million.
