Agency Owner Is Liable for Bias of Agent
SAN FRANCISCO - The owner of a real estate agency may be held liable for the racially discriminatory acts of its agents, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday in reinstating a bias suit against a Twenty-Nine Palms realty office.
