LAUSD May Pay $16 Million for Uncompleted Learning Complex
LOS ANGELES - In a tentative ruling issued Friday, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge confirmed the findings of an arbitrator that the Los Angeles Unified School District owes about $16 million to its developer and contractor for the unfinished Belmont Learning Complex.
