SACRAMENTO - A former defense investigator admitted Monday that she faked documents in an effort to prevent four men from being executed for murder.
Kathleen M. Culhane, 40, faces a five-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to four felonies in connection with the deception as part of a plea agreement.
