Mediator Gives $1 Million to JAMS Charity

Daniel Weinstein, a retired San Francisco Superior Court judge and JAMS mediator known for his philanthropic work, is donating $1 million to JAMS Foundation, the alternative-dispute-resolution center's charitable arm, officials announced Tuesday.
